Gym Leader Creation Thread

Important Information Concerning Gym Leaders
All new Gym Leaders must create their character in this thread. Notice, you may not change your character of Pokémon while you are the leader of this gym. Gym Leaders are expected to keep detailed records of their battles and fairly announce their own victories and losses, any case of a Gym Leader doing otherwise will lead to the gym being temporarily shut down and the leader possibly removed.
Gym Leaders may not alter their badge or gym names in any way.
Gym Leaders may not delete threads from previous Gym Leaders.

Every gym is require to have a Gym History thread posted as an announcement. This thread will contain an entire archive of previous Gym Leaders and their Pokémon. It will also include each Gym Leaders win/loss records as well as the gym's overall win/loss records. It will also contain a complete list of all trainers who have defeated the gym. On top of all of this, the thread will contain an "original concept" section describing the gym's original nature and how it developed over the years.
Every Gym Leader is required to have his own challenge thread. The challenge thread will contain the badge info, Gym Leader info, and the Gym Leader's Pokémon. The challenge thread must also contain the win/loss ratio and all winning trainers. The Gym Leader must also come up with a short story on how the gym became in their possession. Note: If the previous Gym Leader handed it down to you, you MUST state this, you can not say you won it in a bet, or stole it from them, etc. However, if you acquire the gym through the Champion Clause, then your story may be however you like it to be.
The first Gym Leaders will be on a first come, first serve basis. First fourteen people to sign-up, earn their gyms.
